This type of session is offered in-person only, however we do offer virtual healing sessions here.

Clothing and Props
Pilates attire that allows for ample mobility is recommended. Grip socks are preferred but not required. Jewelry, such as bulky earrings and necklaces, can get caught in equipment and pose a safety hazard.
