One-on-One Reformer Plus Energetic Healing
Experience a one-of-a-kind healing session combining movement and energy work. The session includes Pilates reformer work targeted toward balancing your chakras and Reiki energy healing. All of my Reiki sessions are done on a grounding mat, which intensifies the relaxation effect. I want to be here to listen and answer any questions you have. This type of session is offered in-person only, however we do offer virtual healing sessions here.

Clothing and Props
Pilates attire that allows for ample mobility is recommended. Grip socks are preferred but not required. Jewelry, such as bulky earrings and necklaces, can get caught in equipment and pose a safety hazard.
