Chakra Balancing

Energy work focused: Private chakra balancing sessions focus more on energy healing than movement. Physical work is optional. We’ll address stuck energy, breathing patterns, and work to balance the nervous system.

Chakra balancing sessions include:

- Body reading

- Option for breathwork, somatic practices, addressing tight fascia

- Relaxation session on a grounding mat with reiki and our signature energy healing practice exclusive to our studio.
