I started this business with the intention of offering more than exercise. I want to help you feel better. Pilates is more than fitness - it can change your posture, the muscles you recruit, the way you breathe, and much more - if done correctly.
I first discovered Pilates in the ‘90s at a physical therapy clinic. It didn’t take long before I noticed changes in my posture, gait, and, even, self-confidence. I certified through Mira Costa College in 2015 and have since acquired continuing education in the fascial system, somatics, functional movement, and breathwork.
As a life-long learner, I’m continuing to explore movement practices, in depth. Along the way, I discovered the importance of the mind-body-energetic connection, and this is why I offer a blend of modalities.
With a deep understanding of movement patterns, body armoring, and biomechanics, I want to help you reach your goal. I am passionate about the work I do and methods I teach because I’ve experienced the transformative effects myself.
