What’s the Cancellation Policy?

You’re allowed to cancel your appointment at any time up to 12 hours in advance. If you want to cancel the same day, you may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Are sessions for adults only?

Appointments for children under the age of 14 are not permitted. Children must have a parent or guardian present with them at the session.

Why are duets available for Chakra Pilates only?

We have just one reformer. In this type of session, one client will receive energy healing while the other is on the reformer. Our signature energy healing method is compatible with the duet format.

How does energy healing work in an online session?

Online sessions involve distance energy healing and somatic visualization.
