Private grounding sessions focus more on energy work than movement. Exercise and physical work is optional. We’ll address stuck energy, breathing patterns, and work to balance the nervous system.
Grounding sessions include:
- Body reading
- Option for breathwork, somatic practices, addressing tight fascia
- Relaxation session on a grounding mat with option for energy work
